From the Wisconsin Grass-Fed Beef Cooperative, their fat steers and heifers are raised on sustainable, small family farms committed to the humane treatment of animals. No growth hormones, antibiotics, GMOs, chemical herbicides or pesticides are used. Just good old fashioned rotational grazing. Their abundance of vibrant meadows and seasonal climate enable us to produce healthy, lean and flavorful meats – truly Wisconsin’s best!
They prepare the steaks medium-rare so you can finish them to your liking. We then flash freeze so it’s ready to simply sear and savor. Deliveries are shipped to your door using 2nd Day Shipping (to anywhere in mainland United States) packaged in insulated shipping bio foam and carton boxes with ice that keeps the steaks cold while on their way to you, so you don’t have anything to worry about. You won’t get it fresher – or more convenient – than that!
