About Spin Strong
Spin Strong trainers are the first high intensity rotational arm trainers, because they are the only ones based on air resistance…from spinning like a jump rope, but utilizing two compact fin-cords lined with triple-fin air resisters.
These fin shaped resisters are made of a special TPU material that maintains its shape, yet is soft and flexible. It doesn’t hurt if it hits you, but just bounces off.
The innovative movement, using continuous circular resistance and muscle action, is extremely efficient for resistance training. Follow the 8 minute strength training workout video (in the TRAIN Menu) just a few times a week for improved toning and strength.
